Pharmacological action

Pharmacokinetics The drug was absorbed quickly and completely by intramuscular injection. The bioavailability was 91.9% in pigs and 82% in cows. Drug Interactions

(1) This product has synergistic effect when combined with aminoglycosides or broad-spectrum penicillin.

(2) Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, Al3+ and other heavy metal ions can chelate with this product, affecting the absorption.

(3) When combined with theophylline and caffeine, the plasma protein binding rate is reduced, and the concentration of theophylline and caffeine in blood is abnormally increased.
