Sensitive gram-positive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus), pneumococcus, streptococcus, anthrax, erysipelas suis, listeria, clostridium putrescence, clostridium emphysema, etc. Sensitive gram-negative bacteria include haemophilus, meningococcus, pasteurella, etc. The activity against Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella and Mycoplasma of livestock and poultry was stronger than tylosin. 95% of Pasteurella haemolytica strains are sensitive to this product. Pharmacokinetics: It is absorbed rapidly after oral administration, characterized by strong tissue penetration and large distribution volume (more than 2L/kg). The concentration in the lung is high, the elimination half-life can reach 1-2 days, and the effective blood concentration can be maintained for a long time.

[Drug interaction] (1) The combination of this product and adrenaline can increase the death of pigs.

(2) It has the same action target as other macrolides and lincomamines, and should not be used at the same time.

(3) When combined with B-lactam, it has antagonistic effect.
